Job Summary\n

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified RN - Operating Room to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities\n

\n
• Prepare operating rooms for surgery and maintain sterile environments.
\n
• Assist surgeons during procedures by passing instruments and supplies.
\n
• Monitor patients' vital signs and document necessary information.
\n
• Ensure all surgical equipment is functioning properly before procedures.
\n
• Facilitate communication between surgical team members and other hospital staff.
\n
• Participate in postoperative patient care and recovery processes.
\n

Qualifications\n

\n
• Minimum 1-year current acute care OR RN hospital experience required.
\n
• BLS & ACLS certifications are mandatory.
\n
• Experience working with DaVinci Robotics highly preferred.
\n
• Familiarity with Meditech EMR systems beneficial.
\n
• Ortho, neurology and vascular experience is advantageous.
\n
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work under pressure.
\n
