Registered Nurse Job Requirements\n

• Active Florida RN license or compact/multistate RN license

• Current BLS certification

• Minimum 2 years of recent Med/Surg RN experience

• Stroke unit experience required and must be included with submission
\n
• Strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced acute care setting
\n
• Must be comfortable working night shifts
\n

Med/Surg RN Responsibilities\n

• Provide safe, high-quality nursing care to Med/Surg and stroke patients
\n
• Monitor patient conditions, respond to changes, and collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team
\n
• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with clinical protocols
\n
• Complete assessments, document care accurately, and maintain patient records
\n
• Support patient education, recovery, and discharge planning
\n
• Follow unit procedures, maintain a professional presence, and contribute to a positive team culture
