Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse - Labor & Delivery to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

\n\nResponsibilities\n

• Provide comprehensive care to laboring patients and manage delivery processes.
\n
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure optimal outcomes for mothers and newborns.
\n
• Administer medications and IV therapies as prescribed by medical personnel.
\n
• Monitor and assess patient vitals and fetal heart rates using advanced monitoring equipment.
\n
• Facilitate postpartum care and support breastfeeding and newborn care.
\n
• Float to postpartum units as required to maintain staffing ratios.
\n

\n\nQualifications\n

\n
• Current Registered Nurse license in California.
\n
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in Labor & Delivery.
\n
• Certifications: BLS, NRP, ACLS, AWHONN Advanced, or Intermediate.
\n
• Proficiency in EPIC charting system is required.
\n
• Ability to work weekends and holidays as required.
\n
• Willingness to float between like units.
\n
