Cardiology, Physician Assistant or Nurse Practioner - Interventional Cardiology

Augusta Health is seeking a Licensed Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join our expanding Interventional Cardiology Department located in the picturesque Shenandoah Valley. As a Physician Assistant/Nurse Practitioner, you will thrive in our outpatient clinic and state-of-the-art endoscopy suite.

• Practice Setting: Interventional Cardiology, Clinic, In-patient hospital, Cath Lab

• Schedule: Enjoy a 4/10 work week for better work-life balance

• Procedures: Cath Lab procedure support, Pre/Post cardiovascular/vascular management
\n
• Schedule: : Enjoy a 4/10 work week for better work-life balance
\n
• Call: 1/7-9 weeks
\n
• Current Staff: 5 MDs, 1 EP, 9 APPS, Office Coordinator, Lead RN, Nurse Navigator, CMA/LPN, AAs
\n
• Clinical Volume: 16-20 visits daily once fully trained
\n
• Collaboration: Strong collaboration between MDs and APPs. Mentorship and strong relationships with other specialties
\n

 Qualifications

\n
• Licensed PA or NP in Virginia
\n
• DEA Certification
\n
• ACLS/BLS
\n
• 2 years experience preferred
\n
• Cardiology or critical care experience preferred
\n
• Strong interest in delivering state-of-the-art care in community settings
\n

Salary

Starting Salary $134,786

Sign-On- $5,000

Relocation: $5,000 (receipt based)

CME: $2,100
