Requirements: 36 hours per week (mostly days but could vary based on dept needs) and every other weekend 12 hour days.

Job Summary:
\n Produces high-quality images for interpretation by physicians that meet the standards established by the Mayo Clinic Radiology Departments. Requires competence, as determined by competency assessments, in a variety of imaging equipment and technology. Practices proper safety guidelines for themselves, support personnel, and patients. Fosters teamwork through effective communication. Ensures a high level of service to patients through proper communication, technique, and safety guidelines. Maintains flexibility to staff various work locations, shift times, and lengths. Performs other functional duties as assigned to assure efficient and optimal patient care.

Required Qualifications:
\n • Organized, efficient, and multifunctional.
\n • Ability to work independently.
\n • Requires excellent interpersonal skills and demonstrates effective communication.
\n • Ability to work varied hours, shift lengths, and respond to an on-call pager which may include days, evenings, nights, holidays, and weekends.
\n • Graduate of an accredited radiography program.
\n • ARRT certified in Radiography.
\n • Appropriate state licensure from the state in which the candidate practices (if the state requires licensure).
\n • BLS certification.

Preferred Qualifications:
\n • Radiologic Technologist or CT Technologist experience.
\n • Experience with CT scanning (Siemens preferred), venipuncture, Bayer Medrad Injector, general imaging, and Epic EMR.
\n • ARRT (CT) certification preferred.

Additional Information:
\n CT and X-ray experience required.
