Qualifications:
· Minimum Baccalaureate Degree
· New York State Teaching Certificate- (TSHH) or (TSLD) in Special Education
· Speech Language Pathologist Licensed
Accountable to the Related Services Coordinator and indirectly to Executive Director.
Responsibilities
· Conduct 30 minute individual and group speech session per student IEP.
· Manage schedule to maximize IEP compliance (i.e., see all students on caseload per schedule)
· Attend meetings with parents, classroom teachers, and school district representatives
· Write quarterly progress reports on progress toward IEP objectives
· Write progress notes for case reviews and special meetings
· Maintain full caseload to meet state mandated productivity levels.
