Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Gallatin Manor Nursing & Rehabilitation is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our nursing team. We have full-time, part-time, and PRN opportunities available.

$32.00 - $39.42 per hour

The posted range reflects total potential earnings. Compensation is based on experience, shift, and benefit selections. Employees who opt out of certain benefits may be eligible for higher hourly pay.

• Provide direct nursing care to residents
• Administer medications and treatments
• Monitor and report changes in resident condition
• Assist with care planning and documentation
• Collaborate with RNs, CNAs, physicians, and the interdisciplinary team

• Active State LPN license
• Minimum of one year of nursing experience
• Strong communication and organizational skills
