CT Tech - CTT 0626 JK#01

Job Title: CT Tech
Location: New York, NY 10034
Schedule: Day 5x8-Hour (08:00 - 16:00)
Duration: 8 weeks

Compensation:

• $2,600 weekly Local Candidate maximum
• $3,400 weekly Traveler Candidate maximum

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform CT scans for inpatient, outpatient, and Emergency Department patients
• Operate CT imaging equipment including GE, Philips, Siemens, and Toshiba systems
• Prepare and position patients for CT procedures
• Administer contrast media safely and monitor patients for reactions
• Start peripheral IVs for contrast administration

License Requirement:

• BLS AHA.
• NYS license in Radiography & certified by New York State to inject contrast media (required).
• American Registry of Radiologic Technologists certification in Radiography & Computed Tomography

Education:

• Graduate of an accredited Radiography program.
