LPN Charge Nurse

Greenwood Connections is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Charge Nurse to provide direct resident care and clinical support in a long-term care setting in Menahga, MN.

This role is primarily scheduled for night shift coverage with every other weekend rotation.

Compensation:
$28.35 - $31.01 per hour depending on qualifications and experience.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct resident nursing care
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Monitor and document resident conditions
• Report changes in status to RN or appropriate care team members
• Support CNA staff during assigned shift
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation
• Follow facility safety and infection control procedures

Requirements:

• Active LPN license in the state of Minnesota
• Strong communication and reliability
• Experience in long-term care preferred
• Ability to work independently during night shift
