Delta Health is seeking a skilled MRI Technologist who is passionate about delivering high-quality diagnostic imaging and exceptional patient care. What you'll do:

  • Guide patients through MRI procedures and ensure they understand safety requirements, including the removal of metal objects
  • Position patients correctly using coils, accessories, and protocol-specific techniques as directed by the Radiologist
  • Demonstrate communication tools (microphone, alarm systems) to keep patients comfortable and informed during scans
  • Manage patient worklists, enter procedure-specific data, and maintain accurate digital records
  • Monitor patients during imaging for safety and comfort
  • Review images for diagnostic quality and transfer final studies to PACS
  • Screen staff and visitors entering the MRI suite for safety compliance
  • Help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming department environment
  • Assist with scheduling, follow-up calls, administrative tasks, and record keeping
  • Perform daily QA and support compliance with Federal, State, and DNV standards
  • Uphold a professional and compassionate demeanor at all times
  • Take on additional duties as needed to support departmental success
Required Education & Experience:
  • Graduation from an accredited School of Radiologic Technology
  • Registered MR Technologist (ARRT)
  • BLS Certification
  • 3–5 years of MRI experience preferred
  • Licensure and certification must meet current Delta Health policy requirements
