Housekeeper - Full-time / Part-time

primarily looking for maintenance of kitchen, bathrooms and main living area floors and dust. These areas are pretty low clutter. We have no children but one senior hypo-allergenic dog (who wears a diaper and so no longer creates any messes to be cleaned). Occasionally I would like to schedule a larger project like windows or a deep clean of a specific area if possible. Additionally, my mother in law in reeders will be needing a similar service and we have a 4 floor apartment building in bangor that needs the common areas cleaned once or twice a month. schedules are negotiable
