Companion Care Needed

Occasionally need help with watching/caring for my disabled adult sister. She has CP, a seizure disorder and is 3-9 cognitively. She doesn't walk, but can crawl and scoot. We have two Chihuahuas and a kitten. The scope would be to allow my fiance and I some time to get away from everything. Probably 3-5 hours max. Probably 1-2 times per month. We haven't quite figured that out yet.
