About who needs care: Needs help with dinner and evening medications. Limited short term memory issues but otherwise healthy and independent. About the care needs: Mom is still independent and able to care for herself for the most part. She has very limited short term memory which is why she needs help to make sure she takes her meds correctly. She only has two Rx but must take them in the AM and PM.
