Companion Care Needed

Looking for care for my 76-year-old Nonna. She has Dementia and forgets to take her pills and check her sugar being a diabetic. Would be looking for someone a few hours in the morning to come give her pills, check her sugar before she eats and checks it after breakfast before leaving. Very low maintenance request! You would stay in contact with me (her granddaughter) for any questions, comments and concerns!
