Nanny Needed

Our baby will be about 12 weeks old by the time we need a nanny to start. My wife and I both work full time, but we do also both work from home. I work from home every day of the week and she works from home four days of the week. We just need someone to be with the baby during most of the work day; this would include feedings, stimulation, diaper changes, and naps. Light help with certain housework like washing bottles/dishes would be a plus, but not a dealbreaker.
