Babysitter - Now Hiring

We're looking for a reliable, proactive, energetic, and experienced nanny to care longterm (1+ years) for our 22-month-old boy/girl twins in Eden Prairie. Our parenting style is authoritative. We believe children need adults to help guide their decision making through mutual respect. We respect and value our nanny's expertise and understand leaving them to do their job. If you love routine, reliability (it goes both ways!) and have a sense of humor, we want to hear from you.
