**Job Description**
+ Develop and execute a strategic territory plan to grow Oracle Hospitality revenue across the Central U.S.
+ Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities within commercial and tribal casino organizations.
+ Expand existing customer relationships by identifying opportunities to cross-sell and upsell Oracle Hospitality solutions.
+ Build trusted relationships with C-level executives, IT leadership, operations teams, and business decision-makers.
+ Lead complex, consultative sales engagements from prospecting through contract negotiation and close.
+ Collaborate with solution engineering, consulting, customer success, marketing, and partner teams to develop winning account strategies.
+ Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and forecast using Oracle CRM tools.
+ Represent Oracle at industry conferences, customer events, and trade shows.
+ Stay current on hospitality and gaming industry trends, competitive offerings, and emerging technologies.
+ Consistently achieve or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.
**Responsibilities**
+ Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
+ 10+ years of enterprise software or technology sales experience.
+ Experience selling into casino, gaming, hospitality, or hotel organizations preferred.
+ Proven track record of exceeding quota in a complex enterprise sales environment.
+ Experience managing multi-million-dollar opportunities and long sales cycles.
+ Strong executive presence with excellent presentation, negotiation, and communication skills.
+ Ability to build relationships across technical and business stakeholders.
+ Experience working with CRM systems and maintaining accurate sales forecasts.
+ Willingness to travel throughout the U.S. territory as needed.
**Preferred Experience**
+ Knowledge of casino management systems, hotel PMS, POS, food and beverage, loyalty, gaming, or hospitality technology.
+ Experience selling SaaS, cloud, or enterprise software solutions.
+ Familiarity with Oracle Hospitality products and the broader Oracle applications portfolio is a plus.

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $112,400 to $194,400 per annum. May be eligible for equity. Eligible for commission with an estimated pay mix of 45/55 - 50/50.
Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle's differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

8. Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.

10. Paid sick leave: 72 hours of paid sick leave upon date of hire. Refreshes each calendar year. Unused balance will carry over each year up to a maximum cap of 112 hours.
