About who needs care: Past stroke has leg and arm splints. Has a speech impediment About the care needs: Must be able to transfer and bathe the client. Must have a working vehicle to transport to appointments. Services needed include: transportation, meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
