Childcare Needed

We are looking for a great nanny for our 2 girls ages 1 (turning 2 at the end of October) and 4 months in Waterford come end of September. Mom works retail, so hours vary (anywhere from 8am-9pm) week to week, and dad is a UPS truck driver and is gone on runs during the week. We would prefer someone who could help out with light housekeeping. We would prefer a nanny who has their own car, who does not smoke, who is comfortable with pets (we have 2 cats and a backyard with 6 chickens and 3 ducks) and who is CPR certified.
