Back of House Team Member – Houston TX Hot Chicken (Village Center)

Job Type: Full-Time / Part-Time
Houston TX Hot Chicken is hiring Back of House Team Members for our Village Center location in Las Vegas. We’re looking for motivated individuals who take pride in preparing great food, working as part of a team, and delivering a consistent guest experience every shift.

What You’ll Do:- Prepare and cook menu items following Houston TX Hot Chicken recipes and standards
- Bread, fry, season, and assemble food with consistency and attention to detail
- Maintain food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards at all times
- Complete prep work and maintain product readiness throughout the shift
- Execute with urgency while maintaining quality during peak business hours
- Keep kitchen stations clean, stocked, and organized
- Complete opening, shift, and closing responsibilities
- Work collaboratively with leadership and Front of House teams
- Support inventory practices and minimize product waste
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Ability to perform in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Team-oriented mindset and willingness to learn
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Previous kitchen or restaurant experience preferred but not required
