Cook

Shift: 3-12 hour shifts + 1-4 hour shift | Weekend Rotation required
Status: Full-Time
Department: Dining Services

Role Responsibilities:

• Preparing food items for residents of Teresian House.
• Prep and cook food items to order for a nursing unit following all food safety guidelines.
• Assist with everyday preparation of food and items needed for daily meal output.
• Maintain a clean and sanity work environment.

Qualified Cook candidates will have:

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Knowledge of and at least one year's experience in general quantity cooking.
• Interest in continuing education in culinary arts.
• Ability to read and follow recipes and production sheets.
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• ServSafe certified preferred
