Beck’s is looking for a Store Manager in Training to join our Princeton locations. This hands-on role is designed for someone who wants to grow into a Store Manager position while learning daily operations, leadership, and team development alongside experienced managers.

Responsibilities:

• Train on daily store operations and leadership responsibilities
• Help lead shifts and support store teams
• Assist with hiring, onboarding, and training employees
• Learn scheduling, inventory, and ordering processes
• Build relationships with vendors and understand product planning
• Learn store performance and financial operations
• Help create a positive and team-focused environment

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED
• Previous retail or leadership experience preferred
• Strong communication and people skills
• Organized and dependable
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Interested in growing into a Store Manager role
