Physician Assistant / Nurse Practitioner – Outpatient

Full-Time | Monday–Friday

A well-established outpatient medical group is seeking a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join its growing team. This is a full-time, Monday–Friday role with no nights or weekends, offering excellent work–life balance in a collaborative clinical environment.

Position Overview

The APP will provide comprehensive outpatient care while working closely with physicians, care coordinators, and clinical staff.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive patient evaluations and health risk assessments
• Develop and manage individualized treatment plans
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests
• Provide wound care and perioperative support
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality patient outcomes
• Educate patients on prevention, wellness, and long-term health

Qualifications

• Licensed (PA/NP) in Minnesota or ability to obtain
• Experience in family medicine, wound care, or perioperative care preferred
• Strong clinical judgment and patient communication skills
• Commitment to patient-centered care
