Primary Care NP/PA

Vivo HealthStaff is recruiting for a locum tenens primary care NP for South Bend, Indiana.

• Board Certified (ANCC, AANP, NCCPA)
• Active Indiana license
• BLS Certification
• At least 2 years of experience
• Provider must be local

• Setting: Primary Care - PACE Program
• Schedule: Flexible shifts available
• Duties: Patient evaluations, occupational health exams, minor procedures, and urgent care treatment
• Compensation: $70 per hour

• Weekly direct deposit
• Malpractice insurance coverage provided
• Travel and lodging assistance available (if applicable)
• Dedicated recruiter support throughout the assignment

• Expedited credentialing available
• Assistance with compliance and facility paperwork
• Orientation provided prior to the start date
