What You’ll Do:

• Guide families through the foster care licensing process in compliance with NC laws and MHC policies.

• Train and support foster parents, tracking progress and ensuring continued compliance.

• Recruit, screen, and consult with potential foster homes to ensure the best placements for children.

• Maintain accurate documentation and contribute to the overall success of the Foster Care Services team.

What You Bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in human services or a related field.

• 2+ years post-graduate experience in foster care licensing, program implementation, training, or related services.

• Valid Driver’s License and acceptable driving record.

• Passion for working with children and families.
