Job Description
Belcrest Vacations is a PE-backed vacation rental management platform backed by Alpine Investors, operating 13+ brands and nearly 700 employees across the U.S. We are the fifth largest vacation rental management company in the country, and we are growing through a combination of organic growth and continued acquisitions.
We are a people-first company in the truest sense. Our leadership team genuinely believes that how you treat the people around you, employees, candidates, partners, is inseparable from how well the business performs. If that resonates with you, keep reading.
About the role:
The Director of People Operations will build and lead the operational infrastructure that keeps a fast-growing, multi-entity platform running well for the people who work here. That means HRIS, payroll, benefits, compliance, and the employee lifecycle processes that create a consistent, trustworthy experience across every brand in our portfolio.
What you will own:
· End-to-end HRIS implementation across all operating company
· Multi-entity and multi-state payroll administration covering both hourly and salaried employees across 13+ brands
· Benefits strategy, administration, and open enrollment across a multi-state distributed, multi-brand workforce
· Compensation administration including salary banding, merit cycles, and incentive plans
· Standardized employee lifecycle processes across current operating companies and acquisitions.
· Leading and growing a People Ops team
Who we are looking for:
· 8 to 10+ years of progressive HR operations experience
· Demonstrated experience building or implementing an HRIS from the ground up, not just administering an inherited system
· Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
· SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR certification preferred
· Background in an acquisitive, PE-backed, or high-growth startup environment strongly preferred
· Experience managing HRIS and payroll across a multi-state distributed workforce.
· Experience managing benefits administration and open enrollment across a distributed workforce
· Multi-state employment law and compliance experience required
· Prior experience managing or mentoring a small HR team
· Strong analytical and detail orientation, particularly around payroll accuracy and HR data integrity
· Ability to build scalable processes in ambiguous, fast-changing environments
This is an incredible opportunity for someone who loves to build and work within a fast-paced environment, where teamwork and collaboration help drive outcomes.
