Office Cleaner: Part Time Evening - Field Support Cleaner (Floater - driving required)

Various Locations throughout Central and Southern Jersey
Schedule: Guaranteed 15 hours per week

Pay Rate: $20 per hour. Our pay schedule is bi-weekly.

Jidan Cleaning is seeking a reliable and flexible Field Support (Floater) Cleaner to support our team across multiple client sites in New Jersey. This role is essential to ensuring that our high standards of service are consistently met, even when regular cleaners are unavailable. The ideal candidate must have reliable transportation, be dependable, adaptable, and comfortable traveling to different client locations as needed. Generally, you will only travel to one site each night. The locations range from as far north as Trenton, NJ, and as far south as Camden, NJ using your own vehicle. Must be okay driving to those locations when required.

• Provide cleaning coverage at client sites when an employee calls out.

• Assist at locations that require additional support during busy periods.

• When no coverage is needed, participate in training or provide support at other accounts to fulfill guaranteed weekly hours.

• Perform cleaning tasks such as dusting, vacuuming, mopping, sanitizing restrooms, emptying trash, and disinfecting high-touch surfaces.

• Follow all client-specific cleaning standards and security procedures.

• Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members regarding site needs or issues.

• Must have a valid driver's license and reliable personal transportation.

• Must be comfortable traveling to different sites (gas reimbursement not included).

• Prior commercial cleaning experience strongly preferred.

• Strong work ethic, punctuality, and dependability are required.

• Ability to work independently and adapt quickly to new environments.

• Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for extended periods, and perform repetitive cleaning tasks.
