YOUR CONTRIBUTIONS MATTER

As our Long Term Care Doctor - Post-Acute Care Physician, you'll lead care teams in skilled nursing facilities, managing complex cases discharged early from hospitals. You'll collaborate with Nurse Practitioners and specialists to deliver hospital-level care in a long-term setting. Your leadership ensures continuity, quality, and compassion in every patient interaction.

WHAT'S REQUIRED?

• Board Certification or Board Eligible internal medicine, critical care, family practice, or geriatrics

Previous experience in leadership positions or as a hospitalist is strongly preferred.
