Activities Assistant

Lacon Rehab & Nursing is seeking a full-time Activities Assistant to help enrich the lives of residents through engaging recreational and social programs.

The Activities Assistant works closely with the Activities Director to provide meaningful experiences that encourage participation, socialization, and overall resident well-being.

• Assist with planning and conducting daily activities
• Encourage resident participation in group and individual programs
• Help transport residents to and from activities as needed
• Set up and clean up activity areas
• Maintain attendance and participation records
• Support holiday events, celebrations, and special programs
• Work cooperatively with nursing and other departments

• Experience working with seniors or in healthcare preferred
• Friendly, outgoing, and dependable
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• $15-$16 per hour
• Full-time position
