Traffic Control / Pavement Marking Laborer- Sioux Falls, SD

Sir Lines-A-Lot provides traffic control services and pavement markings for roads, highways, and parking lots throughout South Dakota. We take pride in the quality of our work, value the safety of our employees, and operate with integrity as a team.

We're looking for hardworking individuals to join our Tea, SD team. This position helps keep construction zones safe by setting up traffic control devices, directing traffic, and assisting with pavement marking operations. If you enjoy working outdoors, traveling, and being part of a team that makes South Dakota's roads safer, we'd like to hear from you.

What You'll Do

• Set up and remove traffic control devices, including signs, cones, barricades, and message boards.
• Control vehicle and pedestrian traffic in construction zones.
• Assist with roadway and parking lot pavement marking installation.
• Operate and maintain equipment used in traffic control and striping operations.
• Troubleshoot minor equipment issues in the field.
• Follow all safety procedures and use required PPE.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license required.
• CDL preferred or ability to obtain.
• Ability to pass a DOT physical and drug screen.
• Ability to consistently lift up to 50 pounds.
• Willingness to work overtime as needed.
• Mechanical aptitude and strong work ethic.
• Traffic control, pavement marking, construction, landscaping, or related experience is a plus.
