Director of Quality/Risk

A hospital in Ottumwa, IA is seeking a senior-level Director of Quality/Risk to lead quality improvement and risk management functions. This is an on-site role requiring regular in-person presence at the facility location.

The role. The Director of Quality/Risk is responsible for providing strategic leadership and oversight across nursing, risk, and quality improvement initiatives within the organization. This senior leader will drive compliance, patient safety, and performance improvement efforts in alignment with organizational goals and regulatory standards.

What we're looking for.

• Master's degree in Nursing or another healthcare-related field required
• Clinical degree (RN) required
• 5 years of leadership and/or management experience in a healthcare setting in nursing, risk, and/or quality improvement

Additional information. No visa sponsorship is available for this position. Partial relocation assistance is offered to qualified candidates. Travel is not required.

Compensation. $93,272 - $150,000 per year
