Tru Hotel Housekeeping Attendant

Typical shifts 9am 3pm

Weekends required

General scope of work includes but is not limited to:

Strip, clean, sanitize, and restock guest rooms and bathrooms

Deliver any requested housekeeping items to guest rooms in a timely manner

Be accountable for the guests' belongings left in the rooms. Any found items must be turned in immediately to your supervisor or manager on duty

Ensure confidentiality and security of guest rooms

Follow all company safety and security policies and procedures

Maintain professional appearance and wear clean uniform

Keep housekeeping supply cart clean, organized and stocked

Deliver personalized, memorable guest experiences

Actively engage guests while being pleasant

Be knowledgeable of all hotel facilities and local area entertainment / dining

Prompt reporting of maintenance issues

Perform other duties as required within the scope of responsibility
