Position Summary
The Customer Operations Specialist (COpS) is responsible for providing exceptional customer service while supporting order processing, warehouse coordination, returns management, shipping documentation, showroom operations, and general office support. This role serves as a liaison between customers, dealers, warehouse teams, and Corporate Customer Experience (CX) to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide professional customer service via phone, email, and in person.
- Process and manage customer orders, including order updates, backorders, and transfers.
- Coordinate warehouse pickups and prepare required documentation.
- Handle Bills of Lading (BOLs) and support shipping and logistics activities.
- Process Return Merchandise Authorizations (RMAs) in accordance with company policies.
- Maintain accurate records in NetSuite and other company systems.
- Support showroom presentation and customer visits.
- Assist with general office administration and supply management.
- Collaborate with warehouse personnel and Corporate CX to resolve customer issues and ensure order accuracy.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous customer service, operations, logistics, or order management experience preferred.
- Experience with NetSuite or similar ERP systems preferred.
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods.
- Ability to occasionally lift up to 25 pounds.
