Store Manager - Now Hiring

Manage and work along side approximately 15 team members (3-5 people per shift).  We buy and sell kids items - clothing, shoes, toys, and baby gear.  As a franchise, there are systems and methods for most tasks.  You would need to hire, train and schedule the team on these methods to serve local families.

You would need to work 30-40 hours per week.  Pay rate is based on experience and qualifications.

Required qualifications:

• Legally authorized to work in the United States
• 18 years or older
• At least high school diploma or equivalent or higher
• Valid driver's license
• Management skills: supervising employees
• Management skills: hiring and onboarding
• Management skills: writing schedules
• Comfortable handling customer complaints
• Able to stand for duration of shift
• Able to comfortably lift 40 lbs
• Available to work: weekdays
• Available to work: weekends

Preferred qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in the retail industry
