Pay: 27.00 per hour
Schedule: 3rd shift 10:15 PM–6:15 AM (overnights)

• Every other weekend required + rotating holidays. No RTO during first 4 weeks of orientation 
• Training: 4 weeks, Mon–Fri 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, then move to overnight shift

Location: Selinsgrove, PA

Certified Nursing Assistant Requirements

• Active Pennsylvania CNA registration/certification (required)
• • 6 months as an aide trainee OR 1 year paid experience with geriatric/physically ill patients/residents
• High School Diploma/GED required
• Basic computer skills (MS Office)

Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Summary

• Provide direct care to patients/residents under the supervision of licensed nursing staff
• Assist with ADLs (bathing, grooming, toileting, dressing, ambulation, repositioning)
• Take and report vital signs and observe/report changes in condition
• Maintain a clean, safe environment and follow facility policies/procedures
• Document care provided and support rehabilitative/recreational activities as assigned
