Job Description
Cornerstone Staffing Solutions is seeking a Bilingual-Spanish Quality Assurance for one of our manufacturing clients in Dallas, TX. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented professional with food manufacturing or food packaging experience who is passionate about quality, food safety, and continuous improvement.
Pay
$27.00 - $30.00 per hour (based on experience)

Job Summary
As a Quality Assurance Technician, you will help ensure products meet the highest quality and food safety standards. You'll work closely with production and plant leadership to maintain compliance with quality systems, support HACCP/HARPC programs, coordinate product testing, investigate quality issues, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain product quality standards throughout production.
- Support HACCP/HARPC plan development and implementation.
- Coordinate product inspections, testing, and quality documentation.
- Investigate quality concerns and implement root cause corrective actions.
- Ensure products meet customer specifications and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with production, operations, and leadership to improve manufacturing processes.
- Review customer feedback and assist in resolving quality-related issues.
- Maintain compliance with FDA, SQF/FSSC, and other applicable food safety standards.
- Perform audits, inspections, and additional quality-related tasks as assigned.
QualificationsRequired
- High School Diploma or GED.
- At least 1 year of experience in food manufacturing or food packaging.
- Experience working within an SQF or FSSC quality environment.
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and quality documentation.
Preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 3+ years of quality assurance experience.
- HACCP Certification.
- SQF or FSSC Practitioner/Auditor training (or willingness to obtain).
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and inspect products throughout the shift.
- Lift up to 20 lbs.
- Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment with exposure to noise, dust, machinery, and varying temperatures.
- Ability to wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).
