Manufacturing Purchasing Administrative Assistant

Are you a experienced as an Administrative Assistant Purchasing in a Manufacturing setting looking for an opportunity to grow? My client is expanding their manufacturing footprint by opening a new facility in the Madison, AL area. They need a reliable Office Manager/Administrative Assistant to assist them in starting up, maintaining and growing their business.

• Knowledge of Office Administrator responsibilities, systems and procedures
• Experience in purchasing for Engineering & Maintenance group
• Oversight for HR policies and procedures including maintaining of employee records and documentation
• Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Outlook, in particular)
• Hands on experience with office machines (e.g. fax machines and printers
• Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
• Attention to detail and problem solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment
• A creative mind with an ability to suggest improvements
• High School degree; additional qualification as an Administrative assistant or Secretary will be a plus
