The Sales Specialist plays a pivotal role in driving business growth through new business development, managing existing accounts, and executing both retail and B2B sales strategies. This position involves frequent travel to engage customers, showcase product value, and close sales within a long-term sales cycle. Utilizing CRM software, email marketing platforms, and sales analytics tools, the Sales Specialist manages leads, nurtures customer relationships, and delivers tailored product demonstrations to meet client needs.

 

Responsibilities

  • Generate and qualify new sales leads
  • Engage with customers to understand their needs and present product solutions
  • Demonstrate product features and benefits effectively
  • Negotiate contract terms to close sales
  • Manage and grow existing customer accounts

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of sales experience
