We're a tight-knit team that moves quickly, and we're looking for an organized, dependable person to keep our operations running smoothly.

Role Overview

This is primarily a data entry role supporting our Logistics Director with completing wholesale customer orders, combined with general office help. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, accurate, proactive, and comfortable juggling several responsibilities while keeping our office running smoothly day to day.

Key Responsibilities

Data Entry & Order Support

  • Enter and process data related to wholesale customer orders
  • Support the Logistics Director by completing the data entry needed to fulfill orders accurately and on time
  • Maintain organized, up-to-date records across orders, inventory, and shipping information
  • Review entries for accuracy and flag any discrepancies

Office Management

  • Keep the office and showroom clean, organized, and presentable
  • Manage product samples: organizing, tracking, labeling, and maintaining sample inventory
  • Order and restock office supplies as needed
  • Handle general administrative tasks that keep the workplace running

Customer Service

  • Answer incoming phone calls and direct them appropriately
  • Reach out to customers to follow up on and complete orders
  • Respond to routine customer inquiries in a professional, friendly manner

Qualifications

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy, especially with data entry
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Clear, professional communication skills (phone and email)
  • Comfortable with computers and standard office software (e.g., Excel, email, order systems)
  • Reliable, self-motivated, and a team player
  • Prior experience in data entry, office administration, or customer service is a plus
