Roofer

We are seeking a skilled Roofer to join our small team of roofing professionals. Reporting to the Site Supervisor, the Roofer will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining roofs with a strong focus on safety and quality. This role involves occasional travel to various job sites and provides opportunities for career growth into supervisory positions. The ideal candidate is experienced with standard roofing tools, safety equipment, and has a commitment to collaborating effectively within a team.

Responsibilities

• Install, repair, and maintain roofs, siding, and gutters
• Ensure strict compliance with safety standards using harnesses and fall protection
• Handle roofing materials and prepare job sites efficiently
• Inspect quality of work and ensure accuracy in installations
• Operate standard roofing tools and equipment safely
• Collaborate effectively with small team members (2-5) to complete projects
• Dispose of waste and maintain clean job sites
• Utilize roofing software/tools to assist in job execution

Required Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in roofing
• High School Diploma or Equivalent
