Client Service Representative – Outreach (Bilingual English/Spanish)
Pay: $20.00/hour
Schedule: Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM PST
Employment Type: Full-Time | 6-Month Temporary Assignment
Interview Process: Virtual
Language Requirement: Bilingual (English/Spanish)
Driving Required: Valid California Driver's License and reliable transportation required.

We're looking for a Bilingual Client Service Representative – Outreach to help educate and support Medicaid beneficiaries by connecting them with healthcare resources and enrollment services. If you enjoy working with people, speaking in public, and making a positive impact in your community, we'd love to hear from you!
What You'll Do
- Conduct face-to-face outreach and educational presentations for beneficiaries.
- Assist with Medicaid enrollment and disenrollment.
- Explain managed care plan options and answer program questions.
- Support beneficiaries with medical exemption and waiver inquiries.
- Build relationships with community organizations and county staff.
- Attend community events and health fairs.
- Maintain accurate documentation and data entry in CRM systems.
- Meet quality, productivity, and performance goals.
Qualifications
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (reading, writing, and speaking).
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- At least 6 months of customer service, human services, healthcare, outreach, or community service experience preferred.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Comfortable speaking with individuals and groups.
- Basic Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Ability to type 20+ WPM.
- Valid California Driver's License, reliable transportation, and proof of insurance.
- Ability to travel throughout the assigned county.
