About this job
Job Description
We are an independent wealth management firm, seeking a Paraplanner to assist us in our mission of helping clients achieve their financial goals. This is your chance to play a key role in the future success of our growing organization! As a primary point of connection for our clients, it’s important that you naturally bring warmth, positivity, and a genuine desire to take care of others. We are 100% focused on the client experience and always strive to make a lasting, positive impact. We have three offices across Texas, and while this role will be based in our Conroe office, our team works closely together to support our clients and each other every step of the way. As our business has continued to grow, we have recognized a gap for a role that bridges between our advisors, our clients, and our existing operations team.
Your top priority in this role is supporting the advisory team in a few key areas. You will prepare for client meetings, attend meetings alongside the advisors, and ensure all post meeting action items are tracked and completed. You will also play an important role in our overall service delivery by responding to client inquiries, processing paperwork, providing updates, conducting research, and managing both verbal and written correspondence with a proactive, service first approach.
This opportunity is designed for someone who wants to build a long term career in wealth management and grow into a client facing role. As you gain experience, you'll continue developing your technical expertise while taking on greater responsibility and becoming more involved with client relationships. We're looking for someone who is curious, dependable, takes pride in their work, and is always willing to jump in and support the team.
