Customer Service Representative
CornerStone Staffing has partnered with a growing company inKeller, TX and is hiringCustomer Service Representatives! If you enjoy helping customers, have strong communication skills, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to hear from you.
Location: Keller, TX 76248
Pay:$18.00-20.00/hour
Summer Schedule:
- Monday-Thursday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM (32 hours/week)
- Opportunity to work an additional2 hours before your shift by assisting withlight-duty warehouse tasks for those who would like extra hours.
What You'll Do:
- Provide exceptional customer service by handling member inquiries over the phone.
- Answer and document incoming calls while determining the nature of each inquiry.
- Respond professionally and empathetically to member questions, concerns, and complaints.
- Accurately document interactions according to company procedures.
- Help achieve department goals for call handling, first-call resolution, complaint resolution, and member retention.
- Remain open to coaching and feedback to continuously improve performance.
What We're Looking For:
- 1+ years of customer service experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Professional phone etiquette and customer-focused attitude.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to interpret information and make sound decisions.
- Proficient computer skills.
