We are a well-established, multi-physician Ob-Gyn office seeking an experienced Back Office Medical Assistant to join our dedicated clinical team. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented, compassionate professional who thrives in a fast-paced medical environment and takes pride in delivering exceptional patient care.

What You’ll Do

As a key member of our back-office team, you will support both providers and patients by handling a variety of clinical and administrative responsibilities, including:

• Insurance authorizations and referrals
• EMR documentation and workflow management (EPIC experience required)
• Scanning and maintaining accurate medical records
• Assisting providers with minor in-office procedures
• Preparing, cleaning, and stocking exam rooms
• Delivering high-quality, compassionate patient care at every interaction

What We’re Looking For

• Experienced Back Office Medical Assistant (Ob-Gyn experience strongly preferred)
• Proficiency with EPIC EMR
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• A patient-first mindset with excellent communication skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a team-based, multi-provider practice
