I need senior care provider with experience. I prefer a LOCAL CAREGIVER in Winston-Salem to assure punctual appointment arrivals, less traffic in the event of last minute changes. My primary assistance needed is punctual transportation & accompanying me to medical appointments in August & September . I require you to accompany me & drive after my appointments with sedation.
