Babysitter Needed

We are looking for a great flexible babysitter/Nanny for our family in Davidsonville. Our schedules change weekly with sports and activities. Looking for daytime help with the baby while older kids are in school full time so I can run errands and do school pickups. Evening help on nights when older kids have practice so we aren't dragging the baby along for long nights. Would love someone who could help out with light housekeeping just so we can come home to a house ready for the next day!
