Job Description
Job Title: Talent Acquisition Coordinator / Recruiter
Location: York, PA 17402 ( onsite with some flexibility of remote)
Duration: 06-12 Months
Pay range: $26-$28/hr
Job Details and Requirements Section
This position will support the Talent Acquisition strategy by working with our team of internal recruiters to support the full-cycle recruitment. This position is critical to our recruitment process as the Coordinator will manage our processes to ensure a superior candidate experience. Through this work, the Coordinator will establish and maintain solid working relationships with internal stakeholders, including team members and partners, to assist with recruiting and hiring needs. This position will also need to process, enter, and manage sensitive candidate information, requiring strict confidentiality. The Coordinator will also serve as an additional recruiter as needed.
This role will allow for some remote work- so should be open to flexing as work and site support is needed.
Hours 8-5 Monday- Friday.
