What You'll Do
- Troubleshoot and support electrical and control systems across production lines
- Work with PLCs, drives, motors, sensors, and industrial automation equipment
- Partner with maintenance and operations teams to resolve equipment issues and improve performance
- Lead and support reliability and continuous improvement initiatives
- Assist with capital projects, equipment upgrades, and process improvements
- Identify opportunities to improve safety, efficiency, and equipment uptime
What We're Looking For
Required
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering OR equivalent hands-on experience in industrial electrical, controls, or automation environments
- Understanding of electrical systems, controls, automation, or industrial equipment
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Desire to work in a hands-on manufacturing environment
Preferred
- Experience with PLCs (Allen-Bradley preferred), drives, HMIs, or industrial controls
- Manufacturing experience through internships, co-ops, military service, or previous roles
- Experience troubleshooting electrical or automation systems
