Cardiac Catheterization Technologist (CVT/RT)
12hour; Dayshift(630am-7pm)
No scheduled weekend,nightsor holidays
On-call requirements for coverage of that time which varies by staffing
Summary:
The Cardiac Cath Lab Technologist I roleis responsible forscrubbing andassistingin the performance of diagnostic and interventional cardiac procedures, by evaluating patient's hemodynamic status and vital signs using hemodynamic monitoring equipment and managing the image during the procedure.
Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)
- Education:GraduateofSchool of Cardiovascular TechnologyorSchool of Radiologic Technologyrequired.
- License/Certifications:For Radiologic Technologists:Current applicable state(s)Licensureas a Radiologic TechnologistANDcertificationfrom the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT)inRadiography (R)required.For Cardiovascular Technologists:Must hold current certification as aRegistered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist (RCIS)fromCardiovascular Credentialing International (CCI).
- Experience:Relevant clinical experience preferred.
Candidatesmust meet one of the two pathways aboveto be eligible.
RCIS-certified candidates do not need ARRT certification

The pay range for this position is $37.09to $50.17 per hour.
Compensation for part-time positions isdeterminedon a prorated basis consistent with the scheduled hours and applicable full-time equivalent (FTE).
