Job Title: Multi Craft Maintenance Technician
Job Description
Join our team as a Multi Craft Maintenance Technician in a clean and advanced manufacturing environment specializing in battery production. This role demands expertise in electrical maintenance, machinery installation, and equipment troubleshooting to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair electrical systems, machinery, and equipment in a manufacturing facility.
- Ensure optimal performance of electrical systems efficiently and safely, minimizing production downtime.
- Install and wire new electrical systems at or below 480V for manufacturing equipment and machinery.
- Perform regular maintenance checks and inspections on electrical systems.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose faults in electrical circuits, control systems, motors, etc., and provide necessary repairs.
- Repair or replace faulty components such as wiring, circuit breakers, switches, and motors.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations regarding electrical installations and repairs.
- Collaborate with maintenance teams, engineers, and production to coordinate electrical work on machines or systems.
- Perform lock-out/tag-out procedures and other safety protocols when working on electrical equipment.
- Maintain accurate records of electrical repairs, maintenance, and inspections, and complete maintenance logs and reports.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Experience with controls troubleshooting, conduit, hydraulics, pneumatics, wiring, and preventive maintenance.

Work Environment
This is a first shift opportunity from 7am to 3:30pm, Monday through Friday. Work within a small team of only 4 current technicians, ensuring a collaborative and close-knit work atmosphere
Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Indianapolis, IN.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $32.00 - $39.00/hr.
